I would be happy to help in any way I can. Before we talk you can go to my website www.HealthPlanFinders.com and get instant quotes. If you are looking for a employer sponsored plan I will need some additional information. With the new health law, there are windows of opportunity to get compliant policies & I can explain the open and special enrollment periods. My phone number is on my website.

The Affordable Care Act (ACA) or "Obamacare" is not a health insurance policy. ACA is a federal statute by which the Federal Government oversees and mandates how private health insurance companies can develop, market, and enroll “We the People” in a health insurance policy underwritten by a health insurance company. Medicare and Medicaid is Government insurance. Federal and State Marketplaces (Texas uses the Federal) are routes in which “We the People” can enroll to possibly get a premium tax credit that lowers what you pay in monthly premiums. If a person or family does not qualify for a premium tax credit, they can apply directly with the chosen private health insurance company. I personally sell both on and off marketplace policies and it’s certainly quicker and easier to apply direct than to go through the Government website/process. But the only way to get a premium tax credit is to apply via Government process. Call if you need assistance – my 2 cents is always free. www.healthplanfinders.com
