Have talked to the people at Bloom Family Wellness? They have a naturopath and I think physio and accupuncturist who all work together to treat patients. Not sure about Sciatica in particular but definitely close to you!

I believe there are good naturopaths on the NS but I don't know any personally to recommend. The BodyTalk System can work with any other system because it works with your body's priorities. BT does not diagnose. Also, I'm not sure any health practitioner would guarantee availability for emergency appointments. A good plan might include a few people who could work with you so you aren't dependent on just one person. Distance sessions work just as well as in person -- something to consider, too.

We've had excellent luck with Dr McIntyre at Lonsdale Naturopathics. He's grounded and supportive, even over the phone. I haven't needed him for emergencies except for phone consult. He generally returns the call within an hour.
