You didn't mention your price point. A great place is Dave's Italian Kitchen in Evanston. They also allow you to bring your own bottle of wine for a small corkage fee. The spinach pie, Aglio e Olio and salads are the best! It's casual and ave $16 an entree. Check out the Toby Jug museum and the tap room at Temperence Beer co. I think I just talked myself into this, haha!

Have a fabulous time! I agree with your friend about the stairs at Diamond Head, but the view is so worth it.

Pearl Harbor for sure! It is awesome.

Hanauma Bay has awesome snorkeling. You can stand up and stick your head in and the fish are right in front of you. Very fun! It's near Diamond Head. Also, you can hike up to the top of Diamond Head, but it's a ton of stairs.
