There is one in Barnton Memorial on a Friday 18.30 - 19.30 - lovely small group £5 a time and a great start to the weekend. It starts again on Friday 13 due to blood donations and Good Friday but worth a try Hatha Yoga with Alison Rostron - you will find it on Northwich Life

Clare Brady at Yoga Lift! I went to my first class last night in Barnton and really enjoyed it. It was exactly what you describe - stretchy and relaxing rather than difficult and sweaty. I felt great afterwards and also this morning, and will def be going again
