I really have to advise not to go to Mr Candaman (poss spelled wrong) at Denteam on Earlham Rd - he is definitely not for the nervous. I have heard good things about other dentists there though. Good luck!
Shirley G. replied:
Nigel Sefton-Smalley at Hill House Dental Practice on St Clement's Hill. Not NHS, though

ADP now called My dentist on Upper Goat Lane is fantastic. See they've already been recommended. I was scared of the dentist for years then after research my husband found me this place.
Agnetha C. replied:
The Treetops website says they're currently accepting new private patients but not NHS. Might be worth calling to check, if you can afford to go private. Definitely recommend Dr Bester at Treetops, he was recommended on a dental phobia forum.
Theresa F. replied:

That i can't remember as now just go every 9 months. But I've sat in there waiting before and people have walked in with no appointment and heard that they put 'red light' on for all dentists, to let them know there is someone waiting so they do get seen. Could be worth giving them a ring and see what they say. My children are seen at Faces and Smiles nr Sainsburys, the dentists there also work days at Plummers:-)
Caroline V. replied:
Denteam on Earlham Road, excellent practice and taking NHS patients currently. Usually seen within a few days or immediately if it's an emergency. 01603 406666.
Emily B. replied:
The practice on Blenheim road is called St Cuthberts Dental Surgery. They used to be private only but take NHS now. I go to them privately and my kids go NHS and we both receive brilliant treatment. Brand new surgery all top spec.

Diet is, as always the biggest factor. Some modern foods activly get in the way of tooth growth as do several ingredients in standard tooth pastes. Weston Price is a good place to look for info. Best wishes. Xxx

Can anyone recommend a dentist that is very good with very very nervous patience.
Or is there such a thing as a pain management...
Vicky Y. replied:
I am notoriously bad at dealing with the dentist and I see Mr Magalhaes at Oasis dental practice in Harleston. He is very patient! I ask him to do things in short bursts (which is what helps me) and he is happy to go with whatever makes you feel more relaxed. I don't know whether any dentist offers sedated appointments apart from Thorpe Road in Norwich, but I think they can refer you there if you need it. Good luck. You're not alone!:-)
Allie E. replied:
I go to Jim Pearson in Norwich as I'm a total wreck in the chair. He offers happy gas for fillings etc. .. dentist visit no problem any more. Highly recommend

Guild Hall dental practice in Lower Goat Lane

Peacock & Shrestha on Prince Of Wales? Also - if you're with a practice already, ask if you can introduce your partner to the list - sometimes "full" lists like couples as they're easier to manage.
Adam M. replied:
All Saints Green Dental Practice. Second to none.
Lynn D. replied:
I think Vivienne Edwards on Earlham Road (nr. Fiveways roundabout) is accepting NHS patients at the moment. Or, at least, someone in their partnership is. Good dentists

I have used Mr Friend (near to the Tesco express on Wroxham Road) and St Cuthbert's Dental Practice, 84 Blenheim Road. And have had no problems with either of them. I know that saint Cuthberts were very good with my husband when he nearly fainted during treatment.
Helen S. replied:
St cuthberts have a waiting list for nhs patients as rang last week. Couldn't find any Sprowston dentists with nhs spaces
