Who is the best and most affordable eye doctor in the Wabash Valley? This four-eyed girl needs new glasses (thanks to my puppy who assumed they were a chew toy) - Kels
Angela C. replied:
Dr. Auxier and Sams Club
Alista D. replied:
Eye Mart
Nancy M. replied:
I go to Sams Club as the Dr there has been my eye Dr for over 20 years. Glasses are very affordable and everyone there is very nice. The atmosphere is great and Dr Auxier is a wonderful Dr. There are no hidden fees. They have a huge display of frames to choose from and they are not as expensive as other places.

I would say eye mart...... got my glasses the same day and they have a good selection..... Dr. Tavel's selection sucks....
April M. replied:
Eye Mart for sure. I have medicaid, which they don't even take medicaid, and i still would pick them and pay out of pocket rather than any other. Btw, i use contacts mainly and medicaid only helps with glasses.

We go to Dr. Tavel clinic. (We go in bloomington- but they have them everywhere). $59 eye exam...and they generally have sales on their glasses. 2 pair and the exam for $99 is what we got last werk.

I need glasses real bad. Does anybody have an affordable eye doctor they'd recommend?
Justin F. replied:
Go to tunnel vision and get your eyes tested. About $60. Then ask for your prescription and get on zenni.com. You can buy glasses (cool ones ) for less than $30. When you ask for your prescription make sure they add the measurement between your pupils.
Grady L. replied:
zennioptical.com - as long as you have a perscription thats not over two years old, you can digitally try on whatever glasses you want to buy and have them delivered for well under $30
