We love Dr. Escote in Novi- not a fancy office (there is a fish tank) but he's very nice and very gentle. Maddie had 2 fillings done by him a few days ago and it was no big deal at all (she is normally terrified of the dentist). I'm not sure what plans he accepts, but we have Aetna and he accepts ours (most don't).
