Greenwell pt bowling club is great, next is St grorges Basin club and Vincentia Chinese at the shopping centre. I use to think Nowra Bowling Club but ladt couple times were very average and dull tasting and service wasnt great either

Trevi Fountain can make most meals gluten free... they have GF pizza bases and pasta. The pizzas there are the best GF ones in town. Woody's Woodfire Pizza at East Nowra also have GF bases available. Tuscany have pizza, but I wasn't keen on the sauce there, I found Trevi better. Postie's will make all their sauces GF for you and their gravy is also GF. Then you have Riverside Thai, they can make dishes GF, just ask them what they can do for you, but I can highly recommend the chicken with cashews and the chicken Thai fried rice - one of my faves! Joe's Place also have GF options, but I haven't personally tried there yet, and I hear Wing & a Pear do also. Most of the steakhouse type restaurants will make you steak and chip/veggies without sauce if their sauces have wheat flour in them. Take away, D&Js Fish and Chips at Greenwell Point are excellent (they have GF batter, so fish, scallops, etc can be made GF and hey cook in a separate fryer). Burgers & More in Berry have a whole GF menu from burgers, fish, etc.
