Since we closed I recommend Pendergrass Family shoes in Knoxville. It's on Kinston Pike in the Bearden area. Also Rogers Shoe and Luggage Repair on Kingston Pike.

Drop them off at Prestige Cleaners. They run a shoe repair service. The repairs are done by a long-time Oak Ridger that works for Prestige.

There was an older couple in the Grove Center center that did shoe repair. I think it was called Woods Shoe Repair? I had heels replaced in my favorite pair of pumps and only paid about $7 which was fabulous. That was a couple years ago though, not sure if they are still in business.

Most places don't do shoe repair anymore because it's not worth the price. That being said, never go to Prestige Cleaners for ANYTHING unless you enjoy overpaying for services everybody else does for much cheaper.

It's not in O.R. but I take mine to Prestige Cleaners in Farragut on the corner of Kingston Pike and South Campbell Station. They've repaired some boots for me, did an awesome job and doesn't charge much.
