Some bands take it too far. Saw Skynyrd again this summer (was there to see Bad Company), and don't get me wrong, I LOVE Skynyrd. But it was more of a tribute band having just ONE original member in it.

Led Zep COULD have replaced Bonham. I wish they had. The spirit just wasn't in it anymore... And Skynyrd never was the same... Ozzy somehow made it work... he carried on. I respect the bands who pick up the pieces and try to soldier on... for better, or worse. The music will always live on. Hendrix, Beatles... some bands are eternal.
