Dr. MEans has a form of Aspergers' . He will not look at you, but does interact with your pet. He comes in, starts off by telling you how to take care of your particular pet; kinda sounds like a lecture. I got the feeling that he does NOT like to be interrupted; so save any questions until he's done. I take my kitten to him; she'd never seen him before...Dr. Means picks her up, brings her clear up to his eye level and the little stinker gives him a kiss on the nose ! She hadn't even done that for me ! She really loves her vet ! Everything he did for her that week; other vets prices were in the $500 to 700 dollar range. Dr. MEans only charged $135, AND KEPT HER FOR 4 NIGHTS at no charge ! He lives on the property, and takes the time to go thru his kennel and hospital several times a night to check on everybody. He is truely a caring vet...even if he doesn't like people. Give him a chance, and you and your pets will be glad you did !

There is clinic in sedalia called the Sedalia Spay and Neuter Clinic. Dr. Albin is the name. I think she's 35 or 25 for cats. She also makes deals if you bring a mama cat with kittens
Looking for a good but inexpensive vet for a rescue dog. Doesn't have to be in Odessa. TIA

Odessa Animal Clinic. I've checked around and they are the cheapest in vet care. Also, awesome doctors and techs.

I didn't find that to be same w Odessa Animal Clinic. For spaying and neutering, there is an outfit in Sedalia, google them. Make appt, droo animal off in the morning n pick up in afternoon. You can also get shots that day only, and it is cheaper too.
