What's with local Ojai businesses? I've had the same thing happen with contractors, landscapers, plumbers, HVAC repair, computer repair...the list goes on. Granted there are many who are good, honest and responsive businesses, and I eventually find them, but bad communication and lack of punctuality seems to be a prominent issue.
