When I bought my house here in 2009, I hired Norm Clark to do the inspection, http://www.nspec.com/ . I was happy with the service. I don't know what his short-term availability is like, but asking is free. As I recall, I got in touch with him about a week before I needed the inspection, and that was enough lead time. I have no affiliation other than as a customer.
