Just to give you a rough costing example, if I was taking a booking in Milan, this is what I would have to cover. 4044Km@7 kr a Km = Kr14154 Driving time Kr240 an hour. 44 hrs = Kr10560 Return Ferry, Gedser to Rostok, 240 Euro's Road tolls and taxes, approximately 75 Euros Accomodation, 2 nights on the road travelling, roughly 90 Euros in motels., Food and drink while travelling, roughly 50 Euros. Hotel in Milan, roughly 150 Euros. So that's 605 Euros, plus Kr38868 for travelling. Exchange rate today is 1,36 Euro = £1, and Kr11,49 = £1 So the total would be £3826.51 before any charges for me and the equipment !

Seriously you UK guys, before you even think of £1000 as being a good earner for a wedding in Italy, add up the costs..... Ferry's Toll roads in France and Italy Fuel Wear and tear on the car Road taxes in Switzerland Hotels on the two journeys, it's at least 14 hours each way once you cross the channel ! Hotel in Milan. I travel to Italy regularly for work, and you're looking at a £900 just in travel costs.
