I started a course, set up by my doctor (he passed me on to a dietician, who in turn passed me on to a lifestyle consultant) at Portway LSC but as much as I enjoyed the sessions (which I never expected to) I've been having traumas about going there. I can't help it. My head is broken and I just couldn't handle it. Chanel wants to help me and I think it would be a great thing for us to do as Father & Daughter. Mega Gym seems like a great place and £15/month is perfect.
