I'm not sure where Dr. Richard Neal practices in the Oc/Louisville area (I live in Texas now) but I've known Rich for years and he's from OC. He's a great person and I'm sure an outstanding dentist as well. He is salt of the earth kind of people and, if he can't help you, maybe he can refer you to someone who can. The Louisville dental school takes patients on a first come first serve basis for free. Gotta get there early and prolly wait awhile and its off Algonquin Prkwy (terrible part of town) but as I said its free to teach students of the school. Had to do it when I broke a tooth in beween jobs
