If you are willing to travel to moorside (just over the top from Delph) I go to a great guy called Matt Hoyle who has his own private gym, fully qualified really motivating I cannot recommend him highly enough & very reasonable. He tailors what I do de pending on what my goals are, puts up with me back chatting all the way through & every session is different. I started in April last year best decision ever - whoever you train with make sure they are qualified, can put you in touch with past & present clients, listen to what you want & most of all make it as enjoyable as possible.
