UPDATE. I made an appt with RS Remodelers to give me an estimate, and I sent an email to WindowWorld for the same. We used Ron Steele of RS Remodelers for a lot of the repairs and restoration work on our parents' home (a lot of water damage and such - replacing wood floors and tile floors). I know he is an honest contractor and he did an excellent job. He is coming on Friday at noon.
