Jessie goes to Dr. Madigan at KOC...Knoxville Orthopaedic Clinics...they are AWESOME....now Madigan is for pediatrics and adolescents, there are others for wrists and foots and ankles...they have 2 locations...one off weisberger and other off Kingston pike...we love them
