Also suggest giving GosT a listen. They were on tour with Dance with the Dead and definitely have a more rock/metal feel.

Hexenkraft has a very metal'ish synthwave sound. "Lazerhawk - king of the streets "might be a track for you MASTER BOOT RECORD, is also really cool. It's not synthwave, but you can call it outrun.
