Acupuncture really isn't as bad as you think it's going to be. Every now and then, one pin will hit a particularly sensitive spot, but it doesn't hurt for long and most don't hurt at all. Acupuncture really worked for me. I used it to help get pregnant and then to help induce labor (when I was full term). Dr. Hansen at Essentials Chiropractic was awesome! http://www.myomahachiropractor.com

The best fertility treatments in the area are from Donna Huber at 13 moons. I've heard of several families that have had success with her where others have failed. I've seen Dr. Waszak and she wasn't able to help me. She does a nontraditional acupuncture with some kind of tool. It was a five minute appointment and for the cost I prefer an hour with someone. It just makes me feel like I at least got my money's worth. Reiki really helped us. I saw Colene Doucette but she has moved and only comes to town quarterly now. Another woman, Susan, took over her spot at the Adlerian Center and she does well too. She isn't Colene but she would be worth a try. I did a session with her the day before I gave birth. I was feeling pretty stressed and it helped me relax and feel more balanced.

I don't know about fertility massages, but I did fertility acupuncture for several months before I got pregnant. I went to Dr.Waszak at Aligned Health and Wellness, PC. I also took a supplement called Pregnitude that is supposed to help regulate cycles and increase egg quality. I actually have some pregnitude left (almost a month's supply) that I am looking to sell if you are interested.

If you don't need Childcare, Blue Moon has their $1 down $19.99 a month until the 19 th. I LOVE Zumba classes. I also do step and Body Pump classes. That is the main reason I still belong because I was pretty unhappy that they stopped Childcare after remodeling. I pay $10 a month and I am grandfathered in to take classes. I am seriously considering upgrading to $20 so I can use both gyms and take Greg's classes there to. It is always a good time. There people there from 19 to 65 in Zumba.
Ashley Z. replied:
We do Prairie Life also, the 3 hours of childcare is wonderful! My kids absolutely love the girls, they've dome the swim lessons too! I love the classes, make it a routine. We go 4 days a week, worth the money per month if you have to pay seperately for childcare or swim lessons.
