Create an account with Excellus BCBS on their website www.excellusbcbs.com .... Then click on "Find a dentist" and "Find a dentist in New York State". Select Dental Blue PPO, enter your Zip Code to find one close to you. The ones you have been calling must not be covered from Excellus, in which case you'd pay first and fill out paperwork for out-of-network coverage for reimbursement.
