Thanks Jimmy E Sands . Not much you can see /do right now. Drywall, paint etc are clearly visible. Damage is caused by poor ventilation and insulation. Matt Sharp and I agree on this. Evaluation can be done anytime. Keep the roof clear of heavy snow with a roof rake. This will prevent premature thaw and ice dams from forming. Good luck.
