Go to Orange Aboriginal Medical Centre. If you receive a letter from Centrelink stating that your kids can avail a dental check up for free, dentists won't charge you.

Dr Green out at Molong is fantastic! Really gentle and his prices are quite good too. He took all of my wisdom teeth out a few years ago and I never had a problem. Not sure about payment plans... But a quote from him for a crown a few years ago was about $600 cheaper than a dentist in town.
