We have had remote starters put on 3 of our family vehicles including a standard transmission which is more difficult by Lou at Sounder Light. Absolutely no problems ever.......Yes they are rather expensive but definitely worth it.

It does NOT void warranty on a car! If your transmission goes on the car it has nothing to do with a car starter. They can not tell you it voids a warranty, they are forcing you to use them then. They however can refuse to fix a related part you use an aftermarket part on but they have to prove its the reason it caused a failure. Sounder Light is great but pretty busy usually.
