Samantha M. replied:
If you’re specifically looking for an ophthalmologist (eye specialist and surgeon) I believe the only one in town is Dr Ray Seto
Debra K. replied:
Dr Seto is very good
Lisa W. replied:
There is only Dr Seto. He’s a General Ophthalmologist. You need to go to Brampton if you want a certain kind of specialist. Regal Eyecare is an Optometrist, it’s not the same thing.

This may be a silly question, but my 20 month old has been squinting his left eye lately, and I noticed it's starting to "wonder". Where do I take him to get checked? Is...
Rhonda S. replied:
Osler Eye Care.
Odessa L. replied:
Best thing to do is take him to an eye doctor. A wander eye caught early is better. Dont go to family doc they r not specialized in eye health. All childern are covered through ohip at the eye doctor and if a specialist is needed they will refer you. Dr. WONG is amazing......speaking from experience (I worked there). Good luck.
Steve W. replied:
Doc Brodie is really good.
Lea S. replied:
My daughter had the same thing, lazy eye. Took her to Dr Diberdinos office You do not need a referral and the appt is covered by OHIP. She needed glasses and had to wear a patch for a few hours a day.
Gloria P. replied:
I would recommend Dr. DiBeradino's office on First Street. The doctors there are great. 941-6761
Joanne F. replied:
Dr. Brodi on Broadway is by far the best to go to. I have issues with my sons eyes, he researched an sent us to the best eye surgeon around....he Has my family full trust.... Honestly...he's good....
Jodie T. replied:
I took my son when he was 6 months old to Dr DiBerardino's office when his pupil wasn't dilating like normal. They examined his his thoroughly & didn't find anything wrong. I was then referred to a paediatric eye specialist in Brampton just to make sure everything was fine & they weren't missing anything. I highly recommend the eye doctors at Dr DiBerardino's office for sure!!!! They are all good to deal with.
Jessica W. replied:
It's free until 20. I brought my 7 month old to Dr Brodie and he was great.

I have broken my plastic eye glasses right down the middle. Does anyone know what I can use to fix them for just a couple of days? I have an eye doctor's appointment on...
Derek B. replied:
I had a similar thing happen to me, went to First Street Optical by Pizza Hut to inquire what could be done, and he fixed it right there and replaced the nose rubber piece that fell off at no charge. Perhaps they have a solution: Address: 98 First St #2 a, Orangeville, ON L9W 3J6 Phone: (519) 942-1476
Looking for a good eye doctor to take my 7 and 10 year old kids to. Patience (and dealing with special needs) experience is a must
Suggestions?
Alysha T. replied:
I don't have experience with the special needs aspect, but Dr. Patafio on first street is excellent with our toddler! We've been going every 6 months since she was 8 months old. Very patient and doesn't stress if he can't finish all the tests in one sitting.
