Cassidy Havill just a heads up the only trainers allowed to train at the World gym are the ones they employee. Which at the moment is only Brad and Nicole. I would drop in during their open house to talk with them as services that day are free.

^^ I second Black Lotus Kickboxing! I've had MANY gym memberships that I never stuck with and I find myself at Black Lotus 3-4 days a week and love it!! It's a great workout for all ages and fitness levels:)
