I had the same problem with my Saint Bernard a few years ago. I tried classes, a halti, a choker, a chest harness. She was just too strong. I got a shock collar with remote (you can beep the dog then shock them if they still need it and it has 8 levels of shock). She still gets beeped but almost never needed shocked after only a few times. Now she is a pleasure to walk. Sport Dog makes great ones but not cheap
