Does anyone know if State Farm pays for tree cutting and removal if they have fallen and uprooted and totally messed up my landscaping but not damaged my house?

Under Additional Coverages on your homeowners policy, #3 Trees, shrubs and other plants...they cover for trees, shrubs, plants or lawns for loss caused by fire, lightning, explosion, etc. Loss by windstorm is not covered. This is viewed as maintenance and is responsibility of homeowner. As for debris removal (#1), you may have some coverage to remove debris. I'm not sure what type of homeowners policy you have.
