Rental car to WDW question Hello all-
We are cruising out of Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale and renting a car to drive to WDW after the cruise to spend a few days. ...

My parents drove from the Gulf Coast to WDW last year. They were able to drop their car off on park grounds and take WDW transportation to their hotel. I believe it was Avis, but I’m not 100%. The drop off was at the gas station/auto mechanic on property if I remember correctly. Edit: it was Alamo. Here’s the link. https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/guest-services/car-rental-services/

We did it in the opposite order - flew into WDW and then drove to Miami for the cruise. Will you be flying out of MCO at the end of the trip?

There's a National office at the Swolphin. If you're staying nearby, you can drive, check in wherever you're staying, drop the car at the Swolphin and then bus / take Uber back to your hotel. We've done that from Port Canaveral. Very easy.

Yes, out of MCO after Disney.

Ok great, thanks!

If you rent from **Alamo or National** they both offer a pickup/return at the Dolphin (valet line) and the Disney Car Care Center (just outside the MK parking lot) The car care center will give you a free shuttle back to any park or resort (not offered at the Dolphin.) We use this every trip when we fly in. Pick it up at the airport, drive to the grocery store, outlet mall, liquor store, etc, and return it the same day. Get all our shopping down, no parking fees, no Uber fees, and no waiting for the magical express. IMO it’s the best way to do it and generally day rentals range from $25-50. A great deal if you want to knock a few things out before you really dive into the Dis.

There’s a lot of rental agencies in the Disney Spring s area. You could also return the car to he airport and hop magical express. If you drop it off in Disney Springs you could grab an Uber. Or go to your hotel drop off the stuff then return the car.
Can anyone recommend anywhere that sells personalised printed tops. I need two each for my little ones first time for the airport and for the cruise :) Tia x
