Mudo Martial Fit is a great fitness class based on martial arts techniques FULL of everyday mums doing something for THEM. Children are welcome, classes are monday, wednesday, Friday mornings. 7.30 am and 9.00 am sessions in the park on halfway drive. Kids play we train. Classes are $5!!
