I would put a Call into fpl if the lights are flickering... Its no cost to you!! Have them check your service first... Sounds like a loose connection... Possibly a loose/ bad neutral... They will not charge you... If everything is ok on your side they will tell you to contact an electrician... I am here if you need me!! Please call fpl first...the will come at night..
