I'd check out Davis family daycare. if she can't take the kids she can recommend other places in town. She's had her daycare for many many years. I've either worked in or observed multiple daycares in town and have known quite a few kids in other daycares in Oroville. I'm not an expert but from what I've seen/heard I would recommend a smaller, in-home daycare for a younger child. Small World, for example, isn't very good on their infant side but I hear good things about their other program with kids over 2 yrs old.
