I don't have recommdations for a remodeling contractor, but we have used Serve Pro for a water damage cleanup and a fire cleanuo in our house. Both times were great experiences. They may be able to help find contractors too.

I second Serve Pro for drying out your house. It's a few days process once they pull everything up and it's loud because the fans have to be on for 48 hours or more straight. We used Travis Roth for putting our ceiling and bathroom back together which included upgrades of tile and granite in the bathroom. He does very nice work and was very reasonable.
