Ditto what Heather Shirai said about Raddi Esthe. For hair: Keiji at 'the re-treat' hair salon near Utsubo Koen is definitely the best hairdresser I've found. He worked in L.A. for many years. You get a private haircut, amazing massage. He also does color. And best of all, he's cool with kids (if you need to bring 'em). I've recommended him to everyone I know and he came on recommendation from a friend! Only thing I could find was this video for his info - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k6bRGabOaUQ As for nails - the best nail art I've ever gotten was at Nove9 in Honmachi. Highly recommended (referred also by a friend who always has amazing nails she designs herself) - http://www.nove9.net PS - *thank you* for doing this!!
