Hummingbird Spa gives good massages. Full body 55 mins is $46 after tax. they also give 30 mins massages but the 55 mins one is well worth it for only $46. This is located at north end of oshawa across from 5 points mall.

I go to Courtice Chiropractic and Massage on Courtice Rd, I see a guy named Scott, they pin point where your pain is, and concentrate on...he also gives me exercises to help with the pain. Don't go to a spa they are normally a relaxing massage, not massage therapy..... Def recommend these guys tho....they are amazing.
