It is a great idea, I know there are a few places in Ottawa that run this type of thing. There is an app where you can list your office space, sort of like airbnb for offices. Not sure if there is a local version of app. https://breather.com/ There are companies that offer service, Collabspace and Codefactory come to mind. For myself, I would need wifi access, easy access to parking and printing with easy set-up.
