Gregs Auto Service on Midland can at least get it fixed for you. Their prices are very fair. It is the only place I trust to do any work on my vehicles. It sucks to have to pay more money but they can at least document what the locksmith service did and help build a case.

Auto Zone will diagnose the car for free by hooking up a computer diagnostic, so then you will know what it is and can call around for the best/ cheapest price to fix it.
