Please call me Julie. Michael 407-486-3143. Using a Rock to hold the failing relay us dangerous!!!!!. It is an electrocution hazard AND a fire hazard. Buddy is on the right track about being able to replace it yourself if you or hubby chooses to do so. As for the cleaning of venting, you do NOT want to stick a vacuum hose in the vent unless you are positive you have rigid piping the entire length, you could cause it to fold over and collapse the pipe (rare, but I've seen it happen). Just call me and i can get some info and give you ALL your options over the phone. I'm also going to PM you.
