I used to work as a legal secretary specializing in wills. I agree. Don't get the will kits. In administrating estates there was more disputes made with those than any other kind. Lawyer wise I recommend Dave Bowman at st Mary's law. It depends on what you want but most with him run 2-400.00. Plus he is fantastic.

Go to Social Services downtown they have numbers to lawyers with free legal advice. The YMCA probably has the same contact numbers as well.
