I know it's not answering your question, but Mark Lauren's "You are your own gym" has a lot of inspiration for strength exercise when you don't have access to a gym. There's also an app that comes with it with videos to show you the proper form, and www.exrx.net is a good reference for most of the exercises too. There are also 'outdoor gyms' in Ladygrove Meadow and Boxhill Recreation Ground.

Hi, it seems that the sit up chair ( which was near the mirror) was removed from the Gym, I wanted to use it this morning but it was not there! a guy in the gym as well...
