customerservice@shclothing.com is the email for customer service, but it states you have to contact the person you bought it from in the transaction. From what I understand this is kinda like ebay, individual sellers? It states go to account, then purchases..it should have the name of the seller and you can go from there. Holly Smallwood is the owner from what I saw, contact her if all else fails.
