Hi Susan pm me .sorry u was at the hospital yesterday . Right now because of increased water rates and extremely Hugh eviction rates ..many rentals are solely controlled by credit . Bad credit will result in virtually a difficult time in renting . Heather Van Steen. Human service agencies are Great..BUT even with that help of the landlord does not approve them the agency can do nothing . We working with the agency directly and several times . We are a bit more lenient at places we manage . The agency can usually only help with a deposit and rent if the person can stay on their feet.
