I am looking for a doctor. One who will take sleep apnea seriously. Does anyone have one they know of?
Brad W. replied:
Greg see Dr Coleen Hunter who is located at the Jolly building. or Laurel Cambell at Smith St clinic. They either one are good Docs and listen to their patients. Dont fool around with apnea. Get the study. It is very expensive, but covered by most insurance. Call me at the hospital if you have any questions.
Erica F. replied:
Greg the ONLY doctors I would personally see for sleep apnea would be dr william graham or dr Bradley Bittle in cape they are both pulmonologist and are awesome. It will take a while to get in to see them but it will be well worth the wait to see a sleep specialist.
Kimberly D. replied:
I love Ken's pulmonary specialist but he is in St. Louis. Dr. Royal Eaton.
Monnie M. replied:
Dr. Bittle and his nurse practioner both are very good

Any suggestion on a doctor here in Murray that is up on thyroid issues? Thanks
Kathy P. replied:
I see Ginger Green at Murray Medical. She is a nurse practioner but she is awesome and treats me for my thyroid condition.
Angela L. replied:
Yes Dr. Cecil is Amazing! He fixed mine. Tell them u Want a full executive panel ran and sent to strawberry hill. Cecil clinic located in Paducah
Wendy H. replied:
Jennifer Cagle. You would need an ultrasound, complete blood panel to see what dose of meds to be on. And you have to have your blood panel rechecked about every 3 mths to see your levels are. Been there doing that. Good luck
Naomi B. replied:
I do not have personal experience but Dr Vanloon in Benton is no longer accepting new diabetic patients to focus on patients with thyroid issues. I absolutely love Jennifer Cagle.
Angela L. replied:
Carolyn Goucher I've been to delarosa and Dr. Vanloon. They are both good but could not find my thyroid issues. Sometimes its a hormonal issue within thyroid and hard to find as I had full blood panels by both of those drs and they couldn't find anything. My symptoms were fatigue, reactive hypoglycemia, dry feet that tended to crack, no tears, nervous stomach, headaches, sick a lot, these were all among some of the issues I was living with, plus hormonal and monthly issues that are all affected by a dysfunctional thyroid. A regular blood panel by those dr. Came up that my thyroid counts were fine. But they dont look at certain aspects of the thyroid that plagues women. I went to Dr. Cecil by referral of a friend and it changed my life! I am one year later symptoms free! Thanks to cecil and strawberry hill. If u have any more questions u can call STRAWBERRY HILL PHARMACY in paduca and ask for Stacey or LeeAnn and they will give u free consultation on it and how they are united with cecil clinic and how and what they look for in cecils blood panels etc. Good luck!
I meant to ask (Does anyone know of a good diabeties, metabolism, and endocrinologist doctor in Nashville, Tn?) I'm looking for one for my husband, Larry.
Terri N. replied:
I know one...Sadia Zaidi. She is a Vanderbilt Endocrinologist. She has an office at Vandy and one at NorthCrest in Springfield which is 25 miles closer to Paducah. office number is 615-384-1756.
Lisa S. replied:
I heard about Dr Ingrid at Vanderbuilt...she is suppose to be real good.
Gayna F. replied:
Sathya Krishnasamy in Louisville is wonderful if you ever want to come up this way.
Lisa S. replied:
Sorry Sue, when I looked at the card I have for Dr Ingrid, she is Pediatric Endocrinologist....probably wouldn't work for Larry:/
