I need some advice for a friend... He bought a Great Dane & was told the pup was 6 weeks old... it wasn't. Now the puppy is at the vet & may not make it. He has no use...

Melissa Taylor is who he bought him from. Supposedly someone else that bought a dog from the same litter is at another local vet & isn't going to make it too.

Here is a link to a fundraising site that is free. I used it to get help when my Beecher needed extra funds. (Kim can tell you all about my monster!) but if you set it up I will help push it http://www.gofundme.com/

Kim Kim Greenwood get that dog to a neurologist immediately!!!!!!!
We are not claiming to be a Vet however, after observing and doing a little research, we feel Rhett's paralysis may not be caused by the ant poison. Anyone out there...

It might be too far for you, but I use Clay County Humane Society Animal Clinic (they aren't exclusive for the humane society, they're open to everyone). They are super affordable and the vets are absolutely great (a lot of them graduated from the UF vet school), I would give them a call and see what they can do for you if you can at (904) 276-7729.

I've heard great things about Dr. Shelton. He's in Elkton. #692-3935. Seems like he works with quite a bit of rescue cases.
UPDATE: The soonest appointment we can get is Monday November 30th with Vet Specialist Kevin Benjamino. This is a start...
Hoping for all good things.
RECOMMENDATIONS...
Heather M. replied:
Dr Benjamino is fantastic, he fixed one of my ACPS fosters two broken back legs up. I can't be sure, but I think they do work with rescues to cut costs some.
