I think Vince Wan charges based on square footage. He comes once a month and is very reasonable. I don't know if he would charge a new customer the same as he does us since we were with him since he started. However, in 27 years our price has increased by only $10 overall.

You can do it yourself contact Bug Blasters in riverview He has a website w/coupon for 10% off. Prob spend $50 and will last over a year. Will just need a sprayer...very easy and apply about every 6 weeks.
