John Varanelli, as a licensed contractor I take offense to your comment that most of us are dishonest. I have always been honest and apply the highest standard to all of my work. You keep pushing this Mark guy, what is his license number? Because if he does work over $500 with out a license he is the dishonest one by doing work with out a required license.

You need an electrician. Recently in the news there was a video showing adults and children who had been shocked in a pool by malfunctioning pool light (even when off), and folks rescuing them. You may have to drain the pool down below the light first. Call an expert - either a pool company like Gatusso, or Cliff Fisher Electric. Right, Dale Ann Fisher??
