I would also recommend Morrone and Kaye. My daughter had every appliance "installed" and also had to have a tooth rotated and pulled up every few weeks on a little chain. Dr. Kaye and the oral surgeon became her best friends. She saw them from the age of 5 to 16. They also perfected my adult teeth.
