Morgan Romeo - these are all good lawn CARE folks but I think you're looking for the same thing I am - a landscape designer. I know there are some and I also know Snow's used to do design. Not sure if they still do or how they work it. I've worked with Great Big Greenhouse in Richmond. I think I just brought in pictures of my house and yard and they gave me advice and a plan and charged like $50 which I then got back in plant material. Boulevard Nursery in Colonial Heights did the same thing but came out to the house. But this was all years ago and this house here badly needs help now!
