No you do not have to get permission for taking down dead trees. Some will notify the ECC that they plan to removed dead trees. Call Henry Chandler at 996-8889 he can get you a good quote.

From the Ground Up stood us up last year after setting apt, no call no show . also Armstrong was cheaper then FTGU ...we used them once then second time no show.Also Mike Watson is an awesome guy...very trustworthy.
